Universal Hardness Testers
Our Universal Hardness Testers are equipped with a closed-loop load system, eliminating overshoot and combining a fully-automatic controlled test cycle with a wide load range. The built-in optics allow for easy Brinell and Vickers indent evalutation and a complete Rockwell cycle is initiated by a push of a button.

UH930 Universal Hardness Tester
The Universal Hardness Tester UH930, with its user-friendly operator panel, displays hardness values for all common hardness test procedures. The closed-loop load system eliminates overshoot and combines a fully-automatic controlled test cycle with a wide load range from 1 - 250 kgf. The quick navigation buttons allow operators access to 99 different test programs for all hardness scales (HR, HB, HV). Each program can be set up with user-defined test parameters, including test force, application time, conversion, and shape correction according to ISO standards. Intuitive user interface and one-touch operation ensures an efficient and reliable hardness test process. The interchangeable objectives, ranging from 20x - 140x, provide a wide application range.

UH250 Universal Hardness Tester
The Universal Hardness Tester UH250 contains all standardized and usual hardness testing methods between 9.81N and 2452 N. The machine combines top quality of mechanical components with closed loop technology and our versatile Windows evaluation software WIN-Control. The integrated camera with Zoom module allows a fast, accurate and user independent Vickers/Brinell measurement.

UH753/UH3003 Universal Hardness Testers
The UH753 / UH3003 series complete the new generation of hardness testers. It is available in two versions, with maximum test forces to 750kg and 3000kg respectively. Due to its sturdy design, it is a reliable machine and suitable for rough workshop conditions. The innovative hardness tester features extremely fast testing cycles and a newly developed changer magazine to hold several indenters and lens. The operator can test to a variety of test methods without the need for manual indenter/objective changes.
