Plug gauge The plug gauge OD is a robust and easy to use comparator measuring instrument, which is conceived for series control of bores. The deviation principle, with the wedge needle made of tungsten carbide, ensures a wear resisting function for many measurements. Different variants offer an individual solution to each measuring task. OSIMESS The OSIMESS internal measuring instrument is a mechanical two-point comparison measuring instrument for the diameter range from 1 to 40 mm. In addition to the diameter, also deviations in form, like roundness and conical form, can be measured. The instrument holder can be readapted to the application needed, quickly and without additional tool, by means of the different exchangeable probes and corresponding measuring needles. The measuring needle is wedge-shaped, which automatically prevents it from twisting. It splits the measuring probe so open that the measuring surfaces are lying close to the wall of the bore. Measuring needle and probe are exactly coordinated geometrically, so that a maximal linearity and repeatability is ensured. Measuring tapes Circumference tapes of the series Circometer have been manufactured by the company OSKAR SCHWENK for more than 50 years. The circumference tapes are used for the measurement of outside circumferences of round parts. At the same time, the diameter or the circumference up to O 7500 mm can be measured.
