Non contact measuring microscope - BK Series
BK series non contact measuring microscopes meet any X, Y and Z axis measurement needs in various industries. The system provides high traceability, repeatability and reliability to smooth manufacturing operation. The system comes with various stage sizes and scale resolutions to meet different sample sizes and demanding measuring needs. Illumination module in the system provides a bright, glare free and evenly dispersed light to yield excellent image.
Over the years, field experience and feedbacks from the industry has given BK series has matured and incorporated new features to increase usability and user experience. Precise focus module used in BK series provides high accuracy and repeatability during measurement. Images from the system can be projected out or used in external image processing software via a video system that can be easily add on to the trinocular module.
