Inspection/Measurement for the “Inclination” and Slant of the Centering” of the Both sides ( Top surface and Bottom surface) of lens Decentration at the same time.
DFD-1000 and SDF-100 are two systems highly powerful and user friendly tool for lens centration and decentration process in lens manufacturing. Readings captured, via video CCD system, by DFD-1000 or SDF-100 are sent to a software, running on a PC, for data processing. Target focusing module is used to find the best focus view.
DFD-1000 is designed with a top and bottom objective to scan the lens' surface and uses motorized up-down focus mechanism. SDF-100 is designed with single top objective to scan the lens' top surface and manual up-down focus mechanism.
The accuracy of the system is ? 2 micron and is extremely useful and user friendly in process such as mobile phone camera lens and photography camera lens manufacturing.
