Ultrasonic Testing Equipment
StressTel thickness gauges allow one-sided measurement of metal and plastic components. Corrosion gauges with dual element transducers measure remaining wall thickness of pipelines, tanks and other industrial structures exposed to corrosive and erosive conditions. Precision gauges with single element transducers measure thickness of finish-machined and formed parts.

T-Mike EM / EM+

StressTel Precision Thickness Gauge ultrasonically measure the wall thickness of machines and formed parts.
Applications normally involve measuring thins parts and parts with smooth, paralles surfaces.
Measurement Range: Metals – 0.010 to 15.00” (0.25 to 380mm)
Plastics – 0.005” (0.13mm)
Display Resoultion: 0.0001” (0.01mm)
Typical Applications: Roled aluminum and steel sheet, machined dies, plastic bottles
Available selection:
TM1-D Plus: for metals with thickness from 0.01 to 1.00”
TM1-CD : for all metals and plastics
TM1-CDL : Feature built-in 1200 reading datalogger

StressTel Corrosion Thickness Gauges ultrasonically measure the thickness of steels, aluminum, glass and plastic. Dual element transducers ensure accurate thickness measurement of pitted and corroded surfaces
Measurement range: 0.025 to 10.00” (0.63 to 250mm)
Display resolution: 0.001” (0.01mm)
Typical Applications: Pipelines, refineries, tanks, castings, acrylic windows.
Available selection:
T-Mike B: six preset material calibrations
T-Mike E: most versatile and popular gauge
T-Mike ES: high speed scanning and min. thickness capture
T-Mike EL: buit-in 40,000 reading date-logger and B-scan display
T-Mike V: compact, easy to use velocity gauge
T-Scope III: full A-scan/B-scan waveform display of reflected echo
T-Mike EM: high speed scan
T-Mike EM+: thru paint capability
The PocketMIKE is a handheld corrosion and general purpose thickness gauge with a 5 MHz probe for standard applications such as inspection of corrosion and pitting, boilers, tanks, pipes, and tubes.
