Our machines and units conform to the relevant European regulations and offer a maximum of safety and health protection for the operator.
Distillation units recover contaminated solvents and washing agents. The distillate is as effective as new solvent and can be reintroduced into the solvent circuit of the cleaning system. This contribution to a healthy environment is also interesting for economic reasons, as most distillation units, for instance, pay themselves off in a very short time.
All distillation units can be combined with a washing machine and an appropriate washing agent supply system to form a closed circuit.

The broad range of recovery equipment is designed to recycle contaminated solvents and/or wash media, resulting in a clean re-usable product. This is an ecological benefit in addition to an economical decision,because istillation units for example are highly redeemable. All recovering units together with a washing machine and matching cleaning agent systems form a closed loop. The systems are built in accordance with all existing safety regulations, and when using solvents all systems are xplosion proof.

Rotomax
Very efficient recycling of solvents and rest-inks.
The only waste remaining is a small quantity of concentrated sludge or solid residue. Reduction of energy costs by means of warm water heating or energy regeneration through condensation of vapor, i.e. the energy contained in the vapor (= vaporized liquid) is used to heat the unit.
Also available: Unit for waste water treatment. Water-based rinsing and cleaning agents with difficult contaminations are regenerated and can be reintroduced into the circuit.
