About Us

Since1974, Kingyoup Enterprises (Kingyoup, KY) has been founded in Taipei, being a distributor for supplying precision tools, measuring equipment, optical instruments, non-destructive testing systems, semiconductor inspection equipment, LCD manufacturing& inspection equipment, and environmental protection equipment, etc..., imported from Europe, America, Japan and other countries. The aim is to meet customer’s requirements with a diverse product range and comprehensive service.

In response to market trends and customer needs, Kingyoup invested its subsidiary, Kingyoup Optronics (KYO), in 2013. Besides optronics division with R&D team and a plant in Tainan which was previously owned by Kingyoup, KYO has set up a new plant with clean room in Taoyuan.

The main products include In–line continuous sputtering system, roll to roll sputtering equipment, temporary wafer bonding and laser de-bonder equipment jointly developed with IBM. From innovative R & D results, KYO has been awarded with "Outstanding Photonics Product Award" in 2014 and 2015 consecutively.

Kingyoup has been concentrating in the applications of industrial inspection
, not only has established the know-how of metrology, has also serviced customers with fields throughout photoelectric, plastics & chemicals, automotive, aerospace, communications, military, education, etc... In addition to learn advanced technology, strengthen personnel training, and develop new products in order to satisfy the various needs of customers, Kingyoup has enhanced overall competitiveness.

Founded for 42 years, Kingyoup has been working with suppliers and their support, developing a long-term customer relationship. Besides headquarters in Taipei, we have operated service centers in Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung in Taiwan, and Suzhou, Taicang, Kunshan in China. In a harsh industrial environment, we would like to help customers quickly address problems and provide them with better solutions. We sincerely expect we can grow with customers, together facing new challenges in the future.
